Delivery
5.1 Deliveries are made throughout Switzerland exclusively through Swiss Post's postal service. The delivery times of the package are those of the Post Office. The possible delays communicated on the Site are provided for information only.
5.2 The package is sent by single fold to the delivery address that the customer has indicated during the ordering process. The package is deemed received by the customer three days after the date of the invoice.
5.3 In cases involving a return of the parcel to the sender, when the delivery address given by the customer is not valid or if the period of custody of the Post has expired, the cost of return of the package to the customer will be the charge of the latter.
5.4 It is the customer's responsibility to immediately check the package and its contents upon receipt.
