Preamble

WEB-OPTIC.COM, whose registered office is at rue de la Vernie 12, CH-1023 Crissier, Switzerland, allows, under certain conditions, the customer to order products or services via the Internet, more specifically on the website www.web -optic.com and its extensions including www.web-optique.com (hereinafter the Site).
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Website at WEB-OPTIC.COM.
The customer expressly acknowledges having been informed of the existence of these General Conditions of Sale, to have read and accept them by placing an order.
WEB-OPTIC.COM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified General Conditions of Sale take effect on the date of their online publication. The customer is therefore invited to consult them regularly.
Art. 1 Order
1.1 By placing an order on the Site, the customer certifies to be over 18 years old.
1.2 By making the online payment of the order, the customer accepts the summary of the order showing all products and services contained in his basket on the Site and the subject of the order, and their price, including including shipping costs.
1.3 The customer must pay the price of the order immediately via the secure online payment module. The order will not be final until full payment of the price and shipping costs of the order.
1.4 The customer guarantees that he is fully entitled to use the credit card provided for the payment of his order and that this credit card gives access to sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from his order.
1.5 An invoice will be attached to the parcel summarizing the products or services present in it. The date of the invoice corresponds to the date of dispatch of the order.
Art. 2 Prices
All product prices are quoted in Swiss Francs and include all taxes (CHF incl. In the event of a change in the VAT rate, the price will be automatically modified without notice on the due date of the new VAT rate. Shipping costs are not included in the price.
Art. 3 Payment

Payment of orders is made by credit card via the secure payment module offered on the Site. WEB-OPTIC.COM entrusts transaction security to PAYPAL Switzerland. The payment module uses 3D Secure (Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) technology and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to secure credit card payments.

Art. 4 Unavailable or exceptional unavailability of product
4.1 In the event of partial unavailability of products after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email of the delivery of a partial order, the rest of the order remaining firm and final.
4.2 In the event of total unavailability of products after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order.
Art. 5 Delivery
5.1 Deliveries are made throughout Switzerland exclusively through Swiss Post's postal service. The delivery times of the package are those of the Post Office. The possible delays communicated on the Site are provided for information only.
5.2 The package is sent by single fold to the delivery address that the customer has indicated during the ordering process. The package is deemed received by the customer three days after the date of the invoice.
5.3 In cases involving a return of the parcel to the sender, when the delivery address given by the customer is not valid or if the period of custody of the Post has expired, the cost of return of the package to the customer will be the charge of the latter.
5.4 It is the customer's responsibility to immediately check the package and its contents upon receipt.
5.5 WEB-OPTIC.COM disclaims all liability for unapproved or damaged packages.
Art. 6 Conformity of products and services, defects
6.1 WEB-OPTIC.COM disclaims all liability arising from the fact that the digital illustration of the products on the Site may not correspond exactly to the reality of the product. If he wishes, the customer has the faculty to examine the products in store.
6.2 Items are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks.

6.3 In case of delivery of a product different from the ordered one, of damage related to the transport or defect of the product, the customer must bring back the product in its packing of origin to the point of sale of the company WEB-OPTIC.COM with which it is registered within twenty days from the date of the invoice of the goods, by following the procedure provided under the heading "Return & Exchange" accessible on the Site. The return of the goods by post is excluded. The customer who has brought the goods to the point of sale within the aforementioned period may then request:
- the delivery of a product identical to that ordered, within the limits of available stocks,
- or the refund of the price of the ordered product within 20 days after the return of the product.
Any complaint made after the aforementioned period of twenty days will be considered late, WEB-OPTIC.COM being released from any liability.
Art. 7 Right of return
7.1 For any order placed on the Site, the customer has a right of return for a period of 30 days from the invoice date of the product.
7.2 In order to exercise this right, the customer must bring back the new, unused product in perfect condition and in its original case intact (including all the accessories, instructions for use and documents provided) in one of the sales outlets. WEB-OPTIC.COM within 30 days from the date of invoice of the goods. On this occasion, the customer must announce the complete reference of the order and the invoice. He must indicate if he wishes that WEB-OPTIC.COM proceeds with an exchange or a refund.
7.3 Refunds are made within 30 days after receipt and validation by WEB-OPTIC.COM of the conformity of the condition of the products with the conditions mentioned above.
Art. 8 Personal data
8.1 WEB-OPTIC.COM has a computer system to manage more easily its sales (billing, refunds). The information requested from the customer will be the subject of a computer registration reserved for the use of WEB-OPTIC.COM
8.2 The data collected by WEB-OPTIC.COM aim at the good execution of the order. If the customer does not fill in the mandatory fields when ordering, WEB-OPTIC.COM. reserves the right not to perform it.
8.3 WEB-OPTIC.COM undertakes not to communicate to third parties the personal data communicated by the customer on the Site, subject to those necessary for the proper performance of the contract.
8.4 The customer may at any time request WEB-OPTIC.COM access to the data concerning him and, where appropriate, the rectification of these data.
Art. 9 Customer Communication
9.1 WEB-OPTIC.COM may send the customer information or commercial proposals subject to the prior acceptance of the latter. The customer can at any time ask WEB-OPTIC.COM to stop receiving these shipments.
9.2 The customer is informed that, by the acceptance of the present General Conditions of Sale, any abandonment of order or basket can generate the sending of e-mails of notification.
Art. 10. Right of refusal
10.1 Failure by the customer to comply with the obligations under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may result in the suspension of access to his Customer Area on the Site, or the termination of his client account depending on the severity of acts in question, without prejudice to any compensation for damages that could be solicited by the company WEB-OPTIC.COM
10.2 In particular, WEB-OPTIC.COM reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order or which would present to him any form of risk, without the customer may claim any compensation from WEB-OPTIC.COM
Art. 11 Reservation of validity
If one or more provisions of these General Conditions of Sale should become null and void or legally ineffective, the rest of the contractual conditions will remain valid.
Art. 12 Applicable law and jurisdiction
12.1 These General Conditions of Sale and the sales contract binding the customer to WEB-OPTIC.COM are subject to Swiss law exclusively.
12.2 With regard to any dispute relating to a contract concluded by the Site, in particular as to the validity, conclusion, interpretation, performance or non-performance of this contract and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the parties shall exclusive choice of court in Crissier.
